Who you talk to and what to ask

How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent roofing provider in the network. Not a salesperson for Endinginvolve Roofing, and not a crew we employ. We make the introduction. The provider answers your questions, inspects the roof and writes the estimate.

Each provider runs its own business, sets its own prices and schedules its own jobs. That is why answers can differ from one provider to the next.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a short, practical conversation.

  • The provider asks about the roof: age, material, size and what went wrong.
  • You describe what you saw, and when.
  • They may ask for photos or arrange an inspection.
  • They explain the likely next steps, such as repair, partial work or full replacement.

Have your notes open. Request a callback to check provider availability and to start the conversation.

What to Ask a Provider

Keep the list tight. These questions get useful answers:

  • Are you licensed and insured where I live? Can I see proof?
  • Will the estimate be in writing, with scope and materials named?
  • Is this a repair or a full replacement, and why?
  • How do you handle hail damage roof replacement when the whole slope is affected?
  • Who handles permits, cleanup and disposal of old roofing?
  • What does the warranty cover, and who backs it?
  • Can you help document damage if I file an insurance claim?

Write down the answers. Compare them across providers.

Bring Your Records

Photos with dates, short notes and past invoices speed everything up. They also keep the conversation factual. Some policies may cover sudden damage; check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim, but your insurer makes the call.

You Are in Control

A request does not commit you to anything. You can ask for several estimates, take time to read them and say no. Nobody starts work until you sign an agreement with the provider.

Typical U.S. costs vary widely by roof size, pitch and material. Treat any number as a range until you hold a written quote.
